First crafty time of the week

I have had a poorly child this week so there has been no time for getting inky. He is better and back at school today, hurrah! That meant I got time this afternoon to ink up another of my new Kratin' Kimmie stamps. This little guy is Curtis and the sentiment comes with him.

Papers are MME La Paperie and I have blended Antique Linen DistressInk around the image. All edges have been distressed and inked with Vintage Photo Distress Ink.

This card is for the following challenges
Kraftin Kimmie- sketch
Simon Says Stamp - coffee and cream
Creative Craft World - use a square
Anything Goes - distressing
Party Time Tuesdays - anything goes
Passion for Promarkers - one for the boys
Craft your Passion - male card
Karen's Doodles - masculine

thanks for visiting and for any comments you may leave x

Oh what a fabulous card! This sketch and the coffee and cream colour combo are perfect for this boy card! Curtis looks so cute and your colouring is gorgeous! Love this card to bits! The "out of the box" technique is when the image is too big for the size of your nestie so you can cut out part of the image to go out side of the Nestie. Here is a link to Katharina's blog where she has a tutorial on the "out of the box" or some call it the "out of the frame" technique. Rach at Papercrafts by Rach also has a fab tutorial but the pics have gone from her post for some reason. Here is the link for her tutorial! Hope this helps. Thanks so much for joining us at Simon Says Stamp Challenge!
