Tartan Day Blog Hop

Hello everyone and welcome to the blog hop for Tartan Day on this the 6th April 2011 - I hope you enjoy it.
If you are taking part in the hop then you should have arrived here from Jen's blog. If you want to start at the beginning then you should go and visit our host,  Gill.
The theme of this hop as  mentioned is Tartan Day. What we are doing on this hop is bringing together a select few people from all over the world to take part and for them to create a project with an element of tartan on it.
This is a hop with a difference as along the hop there are letters to find in the postings - not all blogs have the letters but if you gather all the letters then at the end of the hop assemble them to create a Scottish themed word. You should then return to Gill's blog and enter the Mr Linky at the bottom of the post (do not reveal the secret word yet). After the hop Gill will contact someone at random and ask them to email me with the word - if correct they win some lovely candy.

Now on to my projects - I have created 2 cards for this hop.

I have used papers by Joanna Sheen and the stamps are from Clarity Stamps. They are from the Scotland framer set. I have stamped the framer and then embossed it in gold, brayered inside the O and then added other stamps from the set. The cardstock used is Stampin' Up!

So there we have it! Hope you like them and I'd appreciate it if you could leave me a comment. If you do like what you see and wanna see more then I'd love it if you would become a follower.
Your next stop is the very talented Beckie. Pop over and see what tartan treat she has in store for you. If you get lost along the way, there is a list of the full hop over at Gill's

Good luck and thanks for hopping with us.
