My first stamped candle

I have seen a few of my blogging friends try this technique so decided to give it a go. I have used a cheapo candle from Poundstretchers and my Penelope stamps from Sugar Nellie. I coloured her in with pencils. These are I have now decided far too pale for this project so I will in future use deeper colours. However, it's not bad for a first attempt I thought :0)
Must buy some more candles for the weekend as my hubby just bought me some Derwent Inktense pencils today. Would be rude not to try them out
Thanks for stopping by
x

I really like this!!! Not too pale for me, looks very delicate and not overwhelming... JMHO... but then I like the delicate when it comes to decorating :)

Looks so cute!!! I haven't stamped on candles in a long while. Thanks for the reminder to try my hand at it again. I think my Granddaughters would love it.
