A card to end the week

Yes, I can score another card off my to-do list. This cute little bear is from Di's Digital Downloads and he was a freebie, so thanks Di. I coloured him with Promarkers and added lots of sparkle with Crystal Stickles. The cardstock is Stampin' Up! as is the sentiment. I cute the image out using Nestabilites and the sentiment with SU scalloped oval punch. The lacy borders were done with a Martha Stewart punch, following the layout over at Sketch Saturday.
I am entering this card into the following challenges
Simon Says -Christmas but no red or green
Sketch Saturday - #132
AI Factory - Christmas
Sassy Studio - Christmas - non trad colours
Shirley2Girls - holidays/glitter
Paper Pretties - use punches
Papertake Weekly - Christmas - no red or green
Here is a closer look at the image. The link to Di's Digital Delights can be found in my side bar.

I also wanted to mention an award which Gill M kindly gave me

2.My dress for the Christmas dance is too tight lol!
3.I am off to pour a nice glass of wine when I finish this post

Spoonful of Sugar & Sketch Saturday

The challenge over at Spoonful of Sugar this week is to use an animal on your card. This little cutie is from Di's Digital Downloads. I have coloured the image with my Promarkers and then followed the sketch from Sketch Saturday this week to assemble the card. The papers are Basic Grey Bittersweet. I have punched the flowers from DP using my small Retro Flower punch and added a shimmery dot in the centre. The littel glass beads are from my stash.

Paper Romance meets Sketch Saturday

This card meets the Summertime theme of the Paper Romance challenge and follows this week's sketch over on Sketch Saturday. You will find links to both in my sidebar. The image was a freebie from Di's digital downloads(thanks Di)and is coloured with Promarkers. I am not happy with the colouring- there are parts where the paper has soaked up too much ink and not blended properly. I think I need to experiment with other paper so if you can recommend any please leave me a comment.
The papers are K & Co, cardstock from my SU stash.
Thanks for passing by and for any comments you may leave, I love reading them
