Another card already??

Yes indeed I managed to assemble another card last night although I had coloured the image at the weekend. This beauty is Blanche from Saturated Canary
I have coloured her with Promarkers and Flexmarkers and have tried to leave the hair textured instead of blending the colours.I am a little scared of doing black hair but am quite pleased with how it turned out. The gorgeous papers are MME Lime Twist. Flowers are Wild Orchid Crafts, sentiment is Whimsy Stamps  and the cardstock is SU!.
I am entering this card into the following challenges
Paper Pretties - fave colour combo
Stampavie - for a girl
Digital Tuesday - anything goes
Try it On a Tuesday - anything goes
The Pink Elephant - vibrant colours
Papertake Weekly - anything goes
Saturated Canary - anything goes

Magnolia Time

I was just itching to ink up this fabulous Ballerina Tilda that I was lucky enough to win from Bev's blog I coloured with Promarkers and added some Stickles to her tiara for a bit of sparkle.  The papers are MME La Paperie and the cardstock is Stampin' Up!. The sentiment is also Stampin' Up! and I inked around the edges of it with some Blush chalk ink. The floral ribbon trim and rose are from my stash.
Staying with the Tilda theme I made a co-ordinating bookmark. I used a different stamp but the same papers and trim. The sentiment is another from SU! These items are entered in the following challenges:
Just Magnolia - Let's get Sentimental
Pixie Cottage #32 - Sketch and/or anything but a card.

That's all the crafty time I'll manage today, back to work tomorrow.

LOTV with buttons on

This card was made using the fab sketch from LOTV challenge this week. The image is so sweet and this is it's first inking. I'll be using it a lot I'm sure. The image is coloured with Promarkers and I have edged it with Distress Inks. The papers are MME La Paperie and I have distressed and inked all the edges with Antique Linen. I used a Martha Stewart border punch and the flowers were made using my medium Retro Flower punch. The buttons were from my stash, I think they are Woodware.
This card is entered into the following challenges
LOTV challenge - sketch
I love Promarkers - buttons

Nice & Girly in the Sugar Bowl

This card combines two challenges. The sketch is from the current Sugar Bowl challenge and is by the very talented Marlene. The image is one of the mangas by Sugar Nellie. Over at Bunny Zoe's new challenges the first challenge is "Nice & Girly". The image is coloured with Promarkers and I am definitely not liking this cardstock with these pens. It doesn't blend properly and there has been some bleeding. Don't look too closely :0)
The papers are MME La Paperie which I am loving just now. The raffia ribbon is from Bunny Zoe crafts and the roses are from Wild Orchid Crafts. The sentiment is a HOTP stamp and is stmaped in SU Pixie Pink.
Thank you for visiting my blog, I really appreciate all your comments.

Yee-haa, 2 more challenges

I am really enjoying getting back into challenges and am loving all the new digi images I've discovered. This card is for the Midnight Madness Sketch challenge. The image is by Karen Johnson - isn't it adorable? I have used Promarkers to colour the image and the papers are by Colorbok. The pad says Flavia, Mint and Moonlight and was a pressie from my friend Andrea.

This card is for the Stamp Something Challenge which I came across the other day. You had to use "two of something" so I have used two different papers. The image is from Charmed Cards & Crafts Boy Oh Boy collection. He has been coloured with Promarkers and I have tried to do a dotty background following a tutorial by Crissy Armstrong(link to her blog in my fave places). Not too sure about it, think I need more practice? The papers are MME Wild Asparagus.Getting more used to shading with my Promarkers which is just as well as hubby wouldn't be very happy if I said I wanted Copics instead lol!
Thanks for stopping by, I really appreciate your comments.

Just Magnolia - Monthly Challenge

This month's challenge is distressing. I have used another Tilda image stamped while visiting Andrea and coloured her with Promarkers. The papers are MME Bloom & Grow as are the buttons. Raffia ribbon is from Bunny-Zoe crafts. All papers were distressed around the edges with my scissors then inked up with a green chalk ink.
