Happy Hump Day!!

How I love a Wednesday, it's my day off so one of my favourite days of the week. Managed to fit in a pedicure, lunch with hubby and a haircut so now it's time to do some ironing and mum's taxi duties. First I thought I'd share the card I made last night

This gorgeous image was a freebie from Krista at Saturated Canary - thank you so much Krista!!
I have coloured her with Promarkers and Flexmarkers, tried a new colour combo for the hair, which I think has turned out okay. The papers are MME Bloom and Grow and the sentiment is Little Claire's. The delicious roses are from Wild Orchid Crafts and the pearls were from my stash. I am entering this into the following challenges

DT time again

My how the weeks are flying past, cannot believe we are nearly at the end of May already. It's time to showcase another image from Redonkulous.

This cutie is Gift of Love and I have coloured her with Promarkers and Flexmarkers. I have been experimenting with different colours for skin, hair and clothing - haven't made my mind up about them yet!

The papers are K & Co, found them buried in a drawer. Roses are Wild Orchid Crafts and the sentiment is SU! I have distressed and inked all the edges with Vintage Photo

Friday Sketchers with a too late Kenny K

I was all ready to post this card for last weeks Kenny K challenge "pastels" when I realised I missed the deadline.I only got around to colouring the image last night. Never mind, I am entering it in this weeks' Friday Sketchers. I have used the gorgeous Capella papers from Basic Grey and inked them all with brown chalk ink. The image is from Kenny K and is coloured with Promarkers. You should check out his site, but be warned, it could be an expensive trip lol!!!
The roses are from Wild Orchid Crafts and the sentiment and cardstock are Stampin' Up!
